RETURNS & REFUNDS

Not completely happy with your order? No problem. Below you will find how returns and refunds work at carjmx.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Dutch and EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without needing to give a reason. To use this right, simply let us know your decision by sending us a clear statement, for example by email to info@carjmx.com. Partial withdrawal of an order is also possible. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your notice of withdrawal before the 14 day period has expired.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Once you have let us know you would like to return an item, please send it back to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to withdraw. To keep the return process smooth, please make sure that:

- The product is unused and undamaged

- Any tags are still attached

- The product is returned in its original packaging where possible

If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags, we may need to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in the product's value. Only carjmx determines this amount.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned product, we will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. If you chose our insured express shipping option and return your full order, that shipping fee is refunded as well. In the case of a partial return, we only refund the value of the returned item.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery.
