SHIPPING POLICY

 

At carjmx, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and reliably as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

 

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

At this time, we only deliver within the Netherlands. Our products are shipped from our warehouses in Germany and France, depending on where your order is processed.

 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:

 

Standard shipping, free of charge

Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

 

Insured express shipping, 4.95 euros

Delivery within 2 to 3 business days. This option includes shipping insurance for extra peace of mind.

 

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

Delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days from the moment your order has been confirmed and processed, not necessarily from the moment payment is received. Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

 

If you receive a package that is incomplete or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receiving it, so we can resolve it together.

 

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any resulting costs are the customer's responsibility.
